Furthermore, parrying is tougher in this mode, and enemies can do greater damage. You'll have to work hard on your combat in order to avoid losing your rank, and you won't be able to conveniently knock enemies into the air with Devil Trigger. In addition, the Hardcore Mode should put your hack-and-slash skills to the ultimate test. This should no doubt please players looking to blast through the game on a speed run. Turbo Mode will speed up the game an additional 20 percent, a real challenge for those who think they have Dante's combo attacks dialed in.
